- US Sailing has honored three of his teams by awarding them the St. Petersburg Yacht Club Trophy for excellence in race management in 2015, 2021 and 2025.
- FYI — On April 18 Matt will be holding a Basic Race Management Seminar at Macatawa Bay Yacht Club sponsored by US Sailing
